Zephyr Cove beach
Tahoe is entering its fall season. October is a great time to visit the region. The weather is more risky, but the chance of snow is low.
October brings colorful foliage, the Kokanee salmon run, bicycle clubs with races and tours galore, and empty beaches and hiking trails. When the weather is good, it's the best!
Saw this image today at Zephyr Cove, Nevada, on the east shore of Lake Tahoe. The east shore boasts stunning features like secluded sand beaches, great
water clarity, and often-warmer water temperatures. Oh yeah!
